Delivery Fee
- 1Delivery service (except offshore islands and overseas): NT.100 (Free Shipping when over NT.1,000, there are certain exceptions)
- 2Cash on delivery (except offshore islands and overseas): NT.50
Please contact with us at 02-2989-0964 if the delivery place is out of Taiwan (e.g. Matsu, Kinmen, Penghu, Ludao, Lanyu, Little Liuqiu and other overseas). And we will reply immediately.

Please note that no weekend nor holiday delivery.
Once we receive your payment, we will check the information and arrange the delivery immediately during week day (Mon.-Fri.).

Invoice
Invoice will be sent with products (if the address is same).
If you need triplicate uniform invoice, please fill in the title and VAT number correctly.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds policy
All customers are entitled to our 7 days money back guarantee. This means that if you want to cancel your order, for any reason, within the first 7 days of your purchase, just send the product back and mail to us and we will deal with it immediately.
Please note:
- 1 When you receive the products, please check if there is any damage, scuffing, and incomplete packaging which is not human factors. If so, please contact with us and we will change a new one for you.

According to the law, if you want to return or refund, you have to return how it was.
1. All product packaging (manuals, invoice, parts, etc.) must be returned with the item. Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
2. We will charge you only the delivery fee and processing fee of remittance, and refund the rest when confirm the products are undamaged.
3. Items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered will not be accepted for return.
